The UMA programme consists of three 12-week terms within the academic year: May to July; September to November; and January to March. Matriculation and Graduation are held in June and December respectively. The evening sessions run concurrently with main school programme; while the weekend sessions take place only on Saturdays. Special in-house training programmes may be run during the August, December, and April vacation breaks.
Each term, students are expected to register on the day of reopening. Students are to confirm their programme and course allocations, at the registry; pay up their fees, and sign in formally as students. Student may also receive their grade slips showing their academic performance for the previous term as the case may be.
